As businesses get bigger, business/marketing strategy and objectives become based on a more complex integration of entwined factors. With a medium sized business, the way to un-complicate things is often just to have someone asking "Why?". "Why?" means there has to be an explanation, and with that explanation comes clarity.
We'll ask "Why?" a lot. You have a vision for the business. We can help you clarify that into practical, tangible things to action and the reasoning behind them.
Breaking it Down
With that clarity, we can then work out how to get there. That means thinking about the whole mix (7Ps) and all those great marketing tools to assess competition, threats to the market, how we'll actually deliver the product and establish segmentation and positioning variables.
We think of it as a journey across a wide river. There are many ways to cross. By plane? Swim? By boat? By bridge? And then, if we choose to use a bridge, we need to think about which bridge to take. Simple really.
